The process is a good option to keep yourself away from processed foods (such as sugar and white flour) because these foods can be high in calories as they contain high amounts of added sugar and fat.  Also, it contains relatively few nutrients.

Ramadan It is important to drink plenty of fluids during the holy month of Ramadan due to the long duration of fasting.  Body fluids include water, juice, and soup.  So remember that in Ramadan you need to drink at least 7-8 cups of water regularly.

      1. As far as staying hydrated, you should avoid caffeine because it is the worst thing.  Those who normally drink caffeinated beverages such as tea, coffee, and cola, but lack caffeine during fasting can cause headaches and fatigue in the beginning.

      2) Second, fried foods should also be avoided.  This is because these foods are high in fat, calories, and salts.  One study found that fried foods are often associated with serious health problems such as diabetes and heart disease.
